Facilities Capital Cost Of Money Interest Rate

The Facilities Capital Cost of Money, Prompt Payment Act and the Contract Disputes Act interest rate applicable for the period January 1, 2006 through June 30, 2006 is 5.125% per annum. The previous rate applicable for the period July 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005 was 4.500% per annum.

This rate was published in the Federal Register, Volume 70, Number 247, Page 76497 on Tuesday, December 27, 2005 and can be accessed along with the historical rates since January 1980 at http://www.publicdebt.treas.gov.
